It's a benefit to having VIP5, like how skipping battles are a benefit of VIP4.

AND THE ONLY WAY TO GET IS BY SPENDING REAL MONEY! Case closed on this subject! After Red Phase2 a lot of stuff have become USELESS on the game... like those conrade partners... gogames should fix that asap, this shit is all unbalanced and 50% of the game became useless now. With karakuta town event new players won't even need tavern partners anymore.

At best for free you can get 2 weeks of 1 partner or 1 week of 2 partners, that's still not enough ...

I'm starting to think you really are stupid, brother. You get 10 candy, some partners cost only 3. Wich means you can get one partner for 3 WEEKS from the event. This event already happened two times so, you could already have 6 WEEKS from the total time to get one great partner for free. Also you get 90 free gold early game that you can spend on this to add time. And motivated by that you can top-up a few bucks and keep going. And if you really care for this game, buying a Isshin Kuromoron (and getting the tall dumb weirdo as a red partner supporter) from day one at karakura event is the best way to start playing on a new server.

Shini Yoru and Shini Urahara can be GREAT partners if you stack and mod'em from the beggining.

Sure! But imagine if by now you already have a fully grown Shinigami Yoruichi (with that amazing invincible skill)... it screwed the whole game mechanics for new players.

just throwing this out there...  with a 400g top up, you will get 400 gold from rebate and another 100 from events isn't hard to aquire...  TSI is 900/week...   his healing mod is really where he pulls ahead of Noza...  however, with your options here...  get Noza, stack the shit out of him, buff that block rate as high as you can (170%+ should be your goal) raise his HP, kido and physical defense, and physical attack...  counter rate is good too as it prevents some of those crit hits...  do not make him T1 as his skill is kind of shitty in PVP until it becomes his exclusive
