quincy U + Byaukua W/exclusive, best combo eveo
back row, tavern Kiuske and Cute Orihime for extra block, fury, and attack power, put main with 8th skill to get extra combo rate...   you'd be set for a bit for sure, lol

Quincy U for ES/Ryoka, Byakua for void for the death mod. I have personally never used Retsu Unohana so I don't know if it's worth upgrading her for hollow souls.
Kisuke is not bad either, if you have no other supports to fill his slot (like event partners)

By PVE you mean what? For Ryoka, unless you are main kido, they are all useless! If you are ghost blade, any partner is useless on Ryoka now. The last update set a new major bug on the game for ghost blade main teams. I only found out about it a few dats ago by watching a guy named Iro at daily Ryoka on our server. Then I ran some tests on my other server with my mains with the three dif options and bad enough it's true, major bug on PVE again and most ppl didn't even found out about it yet.
