I'm currently using red byakuya with exclusive, he's ok for ES & RA and good for Void with his death mod.
Think he's better than tavern Kenny ONLY IF you're using Cute. otherwise, then Kenny may increase your team damage more.

No! Byakuya is free but it takes more than you would need for a paid partner to get him stacked enough to become useful. Don't waste your time on Byakuya, if you can't spent hard to get him stacked enough he is USELESS! Really USELESS! He will make no damage and die on the first rounds just like a bitch. Byakuya is basically and event supporter given for FREE at tavern and set as an assaulter but he is a glass cannon (gives huge damage if HIGHLY stacked and dies easily) and nothing else.
