Rythen, i'd have question about lucky draw.

1. Can i spend 30k at once or do i have to spend 100  ...

1. no, you have to wait until the round ends to use again 100 gold.
2. noone will get anything if you dont reach 20 players

That cant be her --> wrong size No it suposed to be 200 card + 200 exclu.

Yes, it does show rangiku in her bikini but that may not be the reward for it.

its probably the 3rd chest, there are 3 chest in the move event.

waw dont put money on lucky draw, you cant even do more until there is 20 player. and it will take 200~400 times to get a char.
