that sounds about right.

u can use the topup cards during any topup accumulate event and it will count towards it..
so say u have 40k worth of topup cards but no $$$$

and hey there's an ultimate charge event going on.

then u can use the 40k worth of cards to get the partner and rewards at the end of the event (if you win) including the gold (i'm assuming) i think that's what rythen atleast believes.. i maybe wrong.

or another example would be there's someone u wanna get from Ultra Hero and again u have the topup amount say 2k topup cards to keep it simple.

u can use the cards then redeem *coughs* dark rukia *coughs*
