How can you get a higher stun rate from your stunners and avoid getting stunned?

Is there a way to increase your pecentage of increasing the rate of getting a stun? Cause it's always a pain when my supporters hit the enemy but doesnt trigger a stun, and is the death of me. And how can you avoid getting frequently stunned?

kay, so there isn't any equipment that can increase the stun rate right?

You can increase control rate with advance modification but it's not worth because max on one mod is 6%

strength accessories are really your best option aside from changing your mods...  at one point my Shinso had close to a 75% bonus to his stun rate, which was quite nifty if i'm honest

edit~~  he was still noticably less than 100%, lol

there is weap enchants that increase/decrease the chance too.. but i'd focus more on hitting like a truck first. if u hit them hard enough to 1 shot them u wont need to stun them
