Well yea if you a 100% block thaaat will be the case if your opponent had 0 Break Defense.
Break Defense is that stat that works opposite of Block so if your opponent has B def to match the block they will avoid it.

As for the Soul of Conquest issue your pointed out trust me you will regret more not changing zan now your kaze is less than 30/30/30(just change when you get the other zan to lvl your want) which is easy to get if you do conquest daily as for the little stun you pointed out the 10% chance isnt worth comparing to the potential 12% block which will make noitora far more tankier and he already has a Stun mod to begin with so keep the 20% one so it wouldn't be completely lost and if a normal attk is going to kill him in the first place the tankiness factor has kinda already failed which makes having a vanguard pointless also do keep that immunity bond i will repeat it imunity is the opposite of damage rate and reduces the damage taken so it will serve very well for a vanguard that relies on taking hits before it can do anything aat all.

nope, break defense is block's opposite...  if you have 90% block, and your foe has 50% break defense, you only block 40% of the time...  thus why it's important for vanguards to have as much as possible as any well built partner will have at least 75% break defense, probably 90+ as break defense builds faster and easier than block rate does by stones
