If you are using a 1-3-1 formation and is vanguard oriented i recomend you use Tengen instead of kazeshini or to use Zabimaru if you dont mind the loss in assaulter speed as your support is their as only fury support rather than actual damage and KAzeshini fails to do anything significant for noitora for PVE Zabimaru is better than Kaze anyway still up to you to make a choice there.
As for mods it depends if you want to keep stun or not
Keep Stun:2,3,6,7 =32%-48% Block
Block Build:2,3,4,6,7 =40%-60% Block
Yeah the second stun mod isnt really worth it and Immunity reduces damage taken so it is worth it overall.
Also try to Recruit Harribel from Tavern for her mod frags and Continue stacking kisukes mod frags till he can atleast reach his 5th mod for you again and then use the gold to inherit these 2 chars to quickly get mod up noitora.

for the other zanps i will need much Soul of conquest first, and i will keep stun since he is the only attacked by normal attack (before die) and a little stun is always good, right?
