best bang for the buck...  pick a strong partner and stack the shit out of them...  Noza is probably the cheapest one you can do very well with given you have picked up Hyorin or Senbon (for the low VIPs anyway)  other than that, build a strong pve team and let your Noza be your pvp, it works well, trust me, I did it for a while, and in fact still do basicly, lol

i am not talking about my self i got hiki. i have the first form of noza now i am in good shape i am planning to take kyoka first and then aizen

first form shin shura kenpachi compared to Noza is not a good comparison at all...  Noza is easily double the vanguard Shin Shura is...  also, do you have res ulquorria?  Noza has a block bond with him that really pushes him into a new category of block gods  ultima is great and all, but I'd get Noza first, then first form Aizen, then rez ulquorria, then ultima...  lots of work, but it will be for the best IMO

vip 4 i am not planning to topup again. my team is hirako(ex)-ikkaku(ex)-daiguren tosh and kyoraku(ex)
