pick byaukua and get his exclusive to use for pve (pull Shinji for him when you use him) and pick up Cute Orihime to use for D Toshi for PVE...  should greatly improve your PVE, which is most of your rewards...   honestly I am not a fan of D toshi in the least and would change him out for Tavern Kiuske to T1 your team much easier, then for pve have in Kiuske, Cute Orihime, Byaukua (excl), Ikkaku, Main (8th skill)...  everyone but main would skill each round...   would be beautiful on every front...

he's growing well...  make sure you refine your gear to get block rate from each piece of it to get that rate up...  also, don't forget to boost his wisdom for the kido defense!!

already make it each equip piece is giving 2% block rate along with Agility and strengh , i will gather 6 lv 5 wistom stones but i will need many universal socket stones too

save socket stones for aquaria gear...  trust me...  also save a few hundred gold to buy the protection stone for level 60 gear...  again, trust me
