Block rate from stones and equips: 90%
Block rate from max mods: 12*7 = 84%
Block rate from max evolution: 19.85%
Block rat from max bond: 13.8%

90+84+19.85+13.8 = 207.65% MAXED

There's a huge difference between being a heavy spender but still a fucking braindead just like cornosell and being a not so heavy spender but strong as a king like those guys on my server.
