BUG ! URGENT

So can someone help me? i have the shinigami agent thing and i already renew like 4 times mean's gold wasted because the game doesn't give me the ''title'' the ''shinigami agent'' title can i know why? is that a bug right? because in the rewards the title is there and i never get him.... help me please.

usually you will find the title in your backpack

you need to activate it from backpack then equip it from achivements - title list         -> The shinigami agent title once is activated you have it for 30 days

also if you active 2 from your backpack before your title expire it won't give you more than 30 days

You don't need the title unless you want that specific bonus. If you have the square symbol by your name it means you have agent.

it's in your bag, only use one as 30 days is the max you can get on it at once, and your gold isn't wasted, shini welfare can for sure go over 30 days, which means you probably have 5x months of it paid for..  next time, don't just keep clicking, if in doubt, ask here on the forums BEFORE you click the button over and over again...

also, it is NOT a bug, and it is NOT urgent...  just sayin'

do you see that Ttile in your Title List?
as far as i know, since plateforms have been merged - and because this Title doesn't exist on French (German?) servers - new servers may simply not have it.
Not a bug then.
