French servers offline event ?

Not sure if its ture that  French people get Free Bankai Rukia and   2ktop up  Koga  as iv heard   1 guy in my server  told me  it was some kind offline event that only french people can  do, to me it seems unfair  a bit  while  some people top up huge amout to get them but  french people get thees ninjas  for free.

Is this true of false need some  answers  and is it possoble to   other people  get thees events aswell some how ?..

stop bein jelly over ur neighbor, some1 else made a similar thread about french players havin better offers than gogames, if u aint happy, top up more, quit or try to fool them by gettin a french ip and pretend to be a french for free french shiet
normal folks dont really care about trivial shiet like this

honestly since you will never play against french people then its not unfair b/c its secluded to them. its only unfair if people on your server get the item for free and you dont.

Is is true, but if you really want you can also play on their platform and use the features and events they offer. They have great community managers that speak English.
I agree it's a bit unfair to have two different platforms (gogames and mybankai) merged, but anyone can play on mybankai and participate in their offline events.

EDIT: When I say anyone can play it, their platform is open for everyone. And people who are saying "it's completely fair" should get their heads out of their ass. It's not fair for those who started playing on gogames. But I don't really care.

the thing is that people who start on newer EU servers (created after merge of EU and french platforms) play against french players who have advantage tho
but if it's as Aresiel said and they have someone who is good in english then it's not that bad, still people should stop telling that it isn't unfair , it's pretty much definition of unfair gameplay
