7. What level does reiatsu need to be to get the best quality zanpakuto?

If you're referring to shikai/bankai/hogyoku-kai I don't believe that your reiatsu has to be a certain amount to upgrade it. At the very least it is not 50.

To update zanpa for Hogyoku-kai you need lvl 40 in Reiatsu.

I dont understand why ubp is the best event, I can never get more than 4k shards in the time, do u just spam buy vitality until u can get the 40k character?

you have to save up your vitality over weeks (after reaching the vitality cap you wont regen anymore)
so you use beauty game, gf party or you buy them to get enough for a partner/zanpakuto in UBP

If you are f2p and want to save for ubp don't do anything that costs vit. It will take 3-6 months depending on your gf lvl and activity to save up enough for ubp
