I have heard from recent posts that I should only carry c. orhime or kisuke, and Im keeping kisuke cuz hes most likely better than c. orhime, so out of the three spirit stone boxes, which should i get?
Btw, my team is main, kisuke, koma, shin isshin(rented, switching to renji and then later to ikkaku) and rukia(switching to either yama or ikkaku)

it's best to start from lvl 10 stones since it has lowest possibility to give you useless stones, later go for lvl 11 stones and at the end go for lvl 12
also since it looks like you are f2p or low vip I would advise you to get c.orihime as she should be very useful in PvE so IMO you should run both her and urahara for events, that way if one of your assaulters can recover fury with skill with good critical rate you can make him skill every round, free assaulters who can do that are for sure ikkaku and byakuya with exclusive skill, maybe there is somebody else but I don't think there is better assaulter in PvE for free (except muken but he surely isn't in your reach anytime soon ), also c.orihime provides 30% block rate boost and at your level I doubt you are anywhere close to 90% block on 3 of your partners and that will also be pretty helpful, so your PvE team should look like that: urahara-c.orihime-ikkaku-byakuya(exclusive skill)-main and this should serve you well until you get something better from ubp
and I would advise you to avoid going for PvP with 1-3-1 formation since it's hard to handle, you won't have resources to make it strong and it will be harder to change your team for PvE, better go with 2-2-1

stay away from any renji except berserk renji, period...

ikkaku is good for sure, but if you won't be putting on red hogus on him, shin isshin destroys him in every way, shape and form, period, end statement

swap out rukia for cute orihime AFTER you pick up Kiuske and mod him...

Main, Kiuske, Cute O, Koma, Isshin...  pull koma for ikkaku during pve...   running a 1-3-1 in pvp is very tough to keep up in pve, and 95% of your rewards will come from Evil Spirit and Ryoka unless you are top 5 in your CSB

exclusive skill byaukua WOULD be better than ikkaku, however for a F2P to put exclusive skill on someone that only will be used in pve is a lot to ask for, however his death mod will make him better, and for sure go for Byaukua if you end up not keeping Shin Isshin (FYI, exclusive skill Ikkaku gets a nice PVP boost too, just a heads up)

level 83 500k bp? damn you are the worst f2p then most of f2p lvl 83 are around 900k or 1 million bp

??? How? The only thing I can think of is my equipment r still lvl 50 cuz im saving vit for ubp, have like 6.5k, but still that will prob make 50k bp difference at most
My main and kisuke r about 130k bp each, koma and shin are around 90k, rukia is 60k
Unless ur talking about with reatisu, then its around 700k

So would u recommend keeping my team as 2-3-0 formation and not care about pvp until i can clear first wave of csb or #1 in ToT?

Also, r u sure they r f2p? they could just be bad gold spenders and buff tavern partners like crazy
My csb has lvl 110 guys with 2 mil, so from lvl 80 to lvl 110 they only gain 1 mil? Seems sketchy

Unless ur from EU, S424 US
