Yeah, I had a similar problem with my alt account's black market, anytime i opened it it said "wrong server info" and I had to reload the page. Contact gogames, i guess
I had the same issue on my alt account about a year back.. ultimately it stopped me from playing it, gogames could do nothing about it for me.. hopefully the result is different for you.
