He will hit hard, but he doesnt have a broken mod like hvi or muken.

bakayama isnt near the lvl of hvi and muken.

Hiki can shut down HIV.......  anyone that costs 40k gold + that can get stopped by a 12k partner that was given free at one point is useless for most cases IMO...

maybe it is because I'm rocking Muken, but I'm nerffing down my PVE to keep my rewards up and Muken is really most of my PVE...  spend the cash on someone that you will keep using

As I said hvi + kokuto is strong, I don't see a hiki out
speeding/skilling against a kokuto.

that makes it about a 80,000 gold option...   and for 80,000 gold, it's a weak combo IMO...    B Toshi + B Yama will probably perform better in most cases.... plus B Yama gets mad bonus from RJ

Maybe they will perform better in pvp if yama will hit hard enough to kill the enemy 1st turn. Then again unless you have some mad fury stones, tosh won't even skill cuz of kokuto, and Hvi will outspeed bakayama in most cases.  Pve wise you can't compare bakayama with hvi or muken, they will out damage him easily.

yes...  let me slow down and try again (just stating my opinion, not attacking yours FYI)

Kokuko is faster than B Toshi I believe, yes, however not that much faster...  unless your foes are fully maxed (most are not) you can for sure outspeed Kokuko with B Toshi, (plus if you throw in a speed halo or two...)

Yama will NOT out perform HIV in PVE, yes, you are right, however once you get Muken, you won't be using HIV in PVE anyway as Muken can easily push your ES damage past 30% (the max reward) by himself, making HIV a waste there...  

in my case at least (and most from my understanding) that should get you enough power to one shot kill till the end of Ryoka as most servers aren't getting past the 70s and 80s in there due to not enough hard hitting actives in most servers to get further in time, making HIV a wash there too...

in PVP, Hikifune is easy to get, is only slightly slower, and can shut down HVI if he can't outspeed her or have someone else to shut her down first...  that's disappointing IMO...  plus there are other ways to deal with him there too, just Hiki is the most common I see...

in Void, yeah, I can see him doing very well, but again, once you pick up Muken, unless you are heavily invested in the game you will probably have your best stuff on Muken and HIV will have the secondary set, making him weaker again...

He's not a bad partner by any stretch of the word, and for sure has his places, but especially in his price range, he has some serious flaws in my opinion

Kokuko  ...

Bankai Toshiro is faster then Kokuto,but Bankai Toshiro isn't immune to furry deduct. Kokuto shuts down any partner in game who isn't immune to furry deduct with his 3rd modify. His modify triggers when zanpakto attacks him so partners without immune to furry deduct modify won't skill even if they are faster then him.

kokuto +28% speed 8000 agility 7

So yes toshiro faster than kokuto easily

For fury deduct -30 Toshiro with evo +15 fury with enchant +8 fury so he start without stone with 43 so you need 57 more fury or 114% fury egal 3x level 9 + 3x level 10

I think late player can have this stone fury

So your muken can Attack once and +40% damage on muken i think it's WOW

But you can take same with Muken, HVI, Bankai yama
