Kokuto + HVI combo is nice, like having 2 Muken on the team but faster.

i strongly disagree with you if you are looking in the long terms than yhwach is the worst choice + you were talking about the price and yhwach's haven't getting down from 40k in so long so IMO he is not worth the price at all ether b'yama or HVI hands down especially if you are going around that price

if you have the cash up front, yes, 100%, you are right, however, if you work it right, you can pick up Yhwach, 2 to 3x tier 12 hogus and level 120 ultimate sets(visored revenge), plus a boat load of other stuff with smaller top ups, and spending over time...  plus you can get Yhwach at your level, which can be a big deal as well...

40k is too much for outdated partner no matter what way you spend it to get him. As for lvl you can always inherit partners for exp. books if you are reinc or spend silver in tavren for epic scrolls. Getting Yhwach in current meta is stupid move. You have Muken Aizen for free and for 40k you can get HIV or B. Yamma. All 3 of them outclass Yhwach in offense and defense.

Just my opinion:

Let's say you use Raijin + Yhwach (70k gold), and assuming that Raijin chaos Bankai Yama, Yhwach may have the chance to skill. Like Mylar said, just give the best to Yhwach.

Well, that's for someone who wants to use 1-3-1 setup with muken and KS, just maybe.

yes, Yhwach is outdated and too much currently, however some people can't top up all at once...  In my opinion, he's a valid option and still a very good assaulter...  plus being rajin is easy to get the same way, and hasch is still the golden boy, those are also feathers in his cap IMO
plus, basicly any assaulter you pick up these days are just holding a spot for Muken, and being that HVI and b yama are both better than Yhwach at what they do, Yhwach still does very good at both PVE and PVP (hard AOE, status effector, and immune to invurln), and if I needed him for more than just Void, I wouldn't hesitate to pick him up if I couldn't afford buy him outright
