        Recently several players claimed that their accounts were hacked and, after some deep-going investigations on these cases we found that the players who got into such a point lost their accounts because of account sharing. So, in order to prevent such tragedies from happening again and, to provide you with a more comfortable gaming environment, we sincerely suggest you to keep your information private. Also, we are sorry to tell the players, who got their accounts lost for such a reason, that we are unable to provide you with any compensation.

I have some problem with my account, when i was open it my battle power somehow decrease very much and the mod souls become lvl 1 again. please fix it.
