black screen fatal error

i just get this error in my server eu276. i can log in other servers. just cannot log in my server.
in game name Aizen. server eu276
Fatal error: Call to a member function findOne() on a non-object in /data/htdocs/bleach/bleachgames/include/libs/HMongoDb.class.php on line 466

interesting, cant enter in my server also (EU169) -> blackscreen without loading

on other servers i can connect just fine xD

guess they mispatched something cause i can log into other servers but not my existing character
tryed other browser & refreshing dns & patch flash ofc
