Please do the instance for 1 more time and you will get back your crystals.
Doesn't work, I did an instance and got 4 crystals, checked the Ultimate BP event, I had a total of 4 crystals, I refreshed the game, still 4 crystals. Both events (treasure map & ultimate bp) were reset and the end time is still around 8 hours from now.
