I have a level 8 super fury stone that is supposed to add 16 fury at the start but is only adding 8 anyone else having this problem

it is supposed to add 8

4x lvl 8 + 2x lvl 9= 50 (100 fury start)

no I mean that one lvl 8 stone is supposed to add 16 fury

Never mind it is 16% bump please

It adds based off of a base of 50, the initial fury. so it would only add 8 because 16% of 50 is 8.
