Byakuya is For PVP with Normal Skill and for PVE with Exclusiv Skilll
Ikkaku is For PVE with Normal Skill and for PVP with Exclusiv Skilll
It Depends in what you are focused more PVP or PVE?

byakuya is better if you exclusive him, his attack also looks better

Byakuya with Exclusive an Death Mod for the win

Byakuya is epic if you have enough resource for him but this may take a time to get, like Almighty Modify Frags enough to get his #5 Star modify (Death Mod) and Exclusiv Frags to make he reach LV 30 Exclusiv, and here are their modifications

i you go no vanguard and get ikkaku then kenny from lvl 90 ya they're good for a 2-3-0 team but byakuya  is definitely the front runner for a 2-2-1

Byakuya sux! You can only get an "awesome" Byakuya if you get him over 1M Battle Power just like brother Mills did. He has a real AWESOME Byakuya.

if he puts cute orihime in the back row, he can pull kenny for tavern byaukua as C Ori overwrites Kenny's block with a better one leaving byaukua firmly in the lead

and for those of you wondering, yes, he does have exclusive skill activated, lol (only level 31 tho)
