Under Oetsu and Hikifune's lvl 5, there is a Kido Talisman in green, but Kido Talismans are white.

Also, Retsu Unohana Kenpachi's lvl 9 and lvl 10 evolutions are identical to Shinso Gin.

Senjumaru appears to have the same evolution as Hikifune and Oetsu.

Levels 0 through 5 are the same.

Senjumaru evolution level 6 and 7 are the same as Hikifune, except on level 7, there is a Straw Sandal missing to make a Ginto.

My guess would be that they accidentally left that one out on Hikifune.
