i cant say i ever noticed it really happening before but i just did my camps and im like wtf why didnt i 1shot them like i normally do. btw who are you?

yea you are. i just never payed much attention to the names of people i cannot even reach, or ones that i beat easily. you are in the cannot reach category as i cant get past Ballin's #godstark but good luck with rapid

Ok I'm thinking that they changed him :/ ...cause I noticed a drop in my pve dmg and I wondered why, so i turned off skip battle on ES and watched it, for like 3 str8 rounds isshin's combo didn't go off till the following turn, then then i watched another and it did activate like normal so I'm thinking they changed it back to 35% like the skill description says?
