He's been around for over a year. If they were going to "fix" him they should have long ago.
I'm definitely not topping up again. This has annoyed me too much lol.
I built my whole team around Isshin. Bought Senbon because with isshin it was best to run with assault heavy. If they had said they were going to do this early on I would have went for a 3-1-1 with Mura or something. God damn it

i think it is because they just started to work i think next step is buffing isshin so he becomes like CN cz CN has 35% chance as well not 100%
all im saying to these fukers ( developers or whatever)
u can't have it both ways little priks, make combo 100 n ishin doesn't regain fury each time n low dmg ... ok still good enough
make ishin as the originial fact of ... too lazy to bring the stats ok we good

tbh i bought isshin cuz i knew about bug, if were 35% before, i would had keep my money

Isshin was bugged having 100% combo rate while the description clearly states 35%. Any person with some knowledge could tell the magic he did was NOT 35%. If you honestly thought this was working as intended you best go back to school, excuse me.
As far as people complaining about us not following other publishers here's something to think about. We are getting way, way, WAY better rewards than most other, if not all publishers when it comes to topping up and rewards related to topping up. Should we also follow other publishers on this part? I don't think so.. Publishers of this game can do however they see fit.

The status of upgrading and spending money in this game is absolutely fucking amazing
not too sure if you know about Runescape, but it's literally this game and Runescape which is in-line for topping-up in the game, they offer way more than any other game ever, absolutely worth the money you pay.
Topping-up on either of these games literally unlocks a brand new world, brilliant how they've done it
