I took into consideration the 7 mod but it won't be that much on tavern partners anyways, just a mod that is suited for the partner

Who is worth ? For me only byakuya the others are tools for speed. But speed is not always enough ...

Shunsui and Sui-Feng will both have a 10% speed halo mod to all allies just like Oetsu.
