i have 200 purple reitsu, i have ganju (lvl 38 with fortified equipment to max) and nemu (lvl 31 with weak equipment) should i get orime or sado. i am lvl 39 if it helps

Both is good , but I will go with Sado cause ganju is like the worst ... no hard feelings but vanguard is one of the most important partner early game

get sado first because is a good tank orihime just heals like nemu (my opinion i'm new in this game don't know much sorry if I am wrong)
