on the buff speculation side,

deemen by saying a new buff will be added, here are my guesses:

1. after FBI skills will reflect any debuff towards its caster when being attaked

2. Lower combo and aid rate of the ennemy (counter ichimonji like stuff)

1 question, he reflects that means he doesn't take the damage? like a mirror?

he comes with T1 already?
If vanguard is already dead he casts reflects on someone else?
This reflect is just against the caster? Let's say Sternritter attacks and FBI just used his skill so he has reflect on, he does something like block works? what about reductions.. I need someone to explain me this partner please as I want him
