This dude has to be the dumbest person to ever play this game, EVER! Maybe tetris would be a nice game for him.
Why do you guys even bother to get H. Ichi, Noza, TSI or any other vanguard when this braindamaged retarded can EASILY make Nnoitra reach 198% Block Rate? FUCKING GENIUS!

you can easily get him to 175% while still keeping his cumulative defense boost which is actually quite nice...  in fact you could probably get him higher

Then how come so far no one showed any Nnoitra that strong? Ever? Not to doubt you since you have a long time of experience ahead of me and you are always loyal and honest in everything but this appears to be very odd indeed. Wouldn't it make Nnoitra stronger than Noza and TSI?

Noza is higher, mayuri is higher, but Nnorilta has a block bond, which is 13.5% bonus when maxed...  90% from stones/refines,70% from mods (I average 10%/mod) plus that 13.5% from the bond and that is 173.5%, plus whatever he gets from his evo...  I'd wager that's at least 10% on a partner that has a block bond...  know what I mean?
the biggest difference there is stats and skill...  Noza and Mayuri both have much better raw stats and better skills as well

you can only get up to 90% block rate max from a combination of equipment refines and stones, no matter what stones you have on them

but they would need in fight arena buffs  ...

Nnorilta has a block bond like mayuri and Noza does... with mod swaps you can prob get the same or close to the same block rate, I just don't know Nnorilta's bonds so can't math the total max
