Ok so before that you need to know the slowest red support to fastest goes like :
Elegant Unohana < Bambietta < Senju < Shy Nemu < Noble Isane < Bankai Urahara

Kisuke is cool but the tavern partners have their limit, at your stage of the game he is just a deadweight and holds back your team from reaching its true power. But that wasn't your question lol, like I stated it's now or never, Noble Isane is one of the best (or the bestest ?) buffers of the game, your firepower will skyrocket like hooooly shit with her buffs.
Though she is more oriented PvE, the PvP counterpart of her is Shy Nemu.

It's your choice #LameBoringAssAnswer but Noble Isane is definitely worth the pick, do you have at least a partner you want from UBP in your head ? Or just let UBP decides of your formation like the first-time UBPer ? If it's the orange partners you want, mind that there are 3 red partners who have yet to come in UBP before the first orange, you have a long assssssss time to save for them as they come the next year or so... So pick her and you're pretty much done for a long time before you need a change.
*For the readers, my opinion on Noble ends here, now it is focused on jacky* cuz screw the PM
Though I don't know your formation, did you decide to go 2-3-0 for the rest of the life like me ? The alternative is to pick the zanpakuto Kyoka and replace Hikifune by Noble Isane, you have a slot for another support after that, a crowd controller maybe ? You need to know that Hikifune doesn't go well with Kyoka with the ATK buff overwritting, in a long run Kyoka gives better damage output, Hikifune is stronger but there is a condition and barely works in PvP : it's to make sure she gets a critical hit followed by a combo to make her skill every turn for the +50% ATK to everyone permanently (A counterpart of her but without condition is Isane Kotetsu), you're probably using her to one-bang the teams with Muken with the +50% ATK buff, you don't need that much in PvP as it is overkill with Noble Isane (except for Void), for her invincibility I tend to say it is useless since everyone have Muken and Yhwach, drop it.
You could also go 2-1-1 to protect you Muken from chaos or 3-2-0 to strengthen your Muken even MORE or more crowd control, Muken is your nuker, you don't need a third assaulter in PvP.*Focus OFF*
Aaaand I got dragged to make a wall of text, this is the first time in my life I think, damn you, whatever I would pick her (and Handsome) if I have the vit, even if I barely intend to use her, I'd get her just in case if I need one day or for bond/void bonus partner/other stuffs (the same fate as my Hikifune, literally using her for only bond and CoM). The F2Ps may not be able to see Noble Isane a second time in UBP, the chances are very limited, like I said (I repeat) it's now or never.
