Arena is not that important, but the CSB is, if you have the monsters in your CSB call yourself lucky,you wouldn't want to live at my place because everyone in my CSB have at least 8m BP in the ranks 1~50 since the merge.

Short answer : Yes, same as Jacky.

I'm not really a good advicer generally, even for low and mid-game, Mylar and others are more suited for that.
But if I were you, I'd just replace Shunsui by Noble Isane and get a vanguard or assaulter from UBP whose to spend the bond frag/ex... Stacking a support who is made to support is not so great, give it a bit of ressource to make a functionnal support is good enough.
For the zanpakuto, I'd get Kyoka before Muken, unless if by any chance Katen comes in UBP you get Muken first, you need a good zanpakuto at least to release your team's power, it's like the relation between CPU (zanpakuto) and GPU (partners), if you have an endgame GPU but a crap CPU, the GPU is bottlenecked thus doesn't use its power at 100%, if we swap to an endgame CPU and crap GPU oh god you can do a lot of thing with that, the GPU is literally used at the maximum power, though you gotta replace your GPU later when the games (the monsters in your CSB) come out in order to play them. I like the example eh.

For the choice of Kyoka before Muken, it depends on who you're facing in CSB I guess, oftenly, the counter to mukens is a stronger Muken since you do not have the chaoser like Shy Nemu or EX Harribel and an assaulter to kill'em, assuming you are in the old servers. If you get Kyoka first, you gotta pray for her to put the chaos on mukens and that's 20% chance... Annoying in a long run.

Edit: At least with Hikifune and Noble Isane, that's (almost) the perfect combo for PvE, 50% ATK; 70% DMG and 50% assaulter combo, what else would you ask ? Just need a better assaulter and you're good to go... or don't bother with that if you don't do ES, that is still an useable combo for void later.
You probably need to go 3-1-1 with Kisuke because I assumed (again) you have the T1 on everyone lol or may exclude Noble Isane from the PvP until you have enough ressource to use her in PvP.

im gonna say this, same team in ES with noble isane per hit it is 50% dmg per hit; i have to throw her form team n put whatever to go down to 20% same assault lines 30% dmg more

Ah yes have bunch of monsters in CSB can reach in rank above 30 when lucky enough that they register with only main. Only then as if even they register with one full partner i cant win especially that Haswalth and main combo.
How far are you from muken btw?
And nice metaphors CPU and GPU

Alrighty thanks man :p I am planning on getting kyoka at some point if and when i can get passed a lot in CBS. Boy i'll tell ya being in the first server of the US isn't that fun seeing everyone being stronger lol. tho that was mainly due to the fact i've been lazy since a certain time i guess.

she gives a 30% more dmg to my current team, so right now i dont use her anymore in ES at least
