Well, I'm VIP0 player, so I don't know about rebates. But the events are more or less the same. Though there are some little differences. For example, Visored Revenge is more expensive. You need to spend 20,000 coupons to get the 120 level equipment set and 30,000 to get the last reward.

In us/eu you need 15K coupons for final reward. But i think rewards are a little different to yours or not.
The previous visored was very good. It gave red fragments now it was changed to lvl 8 spirit stone.
