You said 10K speed but it still has 100K speed.

it actually benefits those that need lower speed and use zanpakuto burn to do some damage... if anything lower, they won't be able to do anything.

Ok but i thought they made it so that no DoT can stick.
Well if it benefits then leave it.

Nice defense reduce to 2mil....not that i did any dmg at that level too.

This is just a testing stage... We will put it back up if it's too easy. Most likely put the atk back up to at least 2.5mil atk.

Make it 5 mil and stop wasting time on an event that 7 times a month, if they are bored to this point I can list things to fix they can work on

nah, they are busy. but feel free to list the things they can fix. I got a bunch lining up for them as well.

It's just they are super busy, especially they have other games they have to work on. Not just Bleach Online.
