What should I get, VG Toshiro or Shini Urahara?

Shini Ura will last you forever due to the control it provides on an entire lane

If you're willing to drop 15k gold on modify frags on Toshiro, you will have a very good vg with 30% stun on being attacked.
But otherwise, what Yagami has said is true about the other vgs

Shin Shura is garbage.

Nozarashi is miles away for most people, and if you are capable of aquiring him, I would take Toshiro + SWP Aizen, over Nozarashi + any free support.

Rangiku is only better in a 3-1-1.

Demon Ichigo is better then everyone.

A beastly Stark is dumb, but if you have the capability to have a beastly Toshiro, it is equally as stupid. The only reason I would go with Stark is because in a Offensive VG formation, you will often be left with only the VG vs 2-3 debuffed opponents. You still win most of the time, but the worst thing is leaving a support alive as Toshiro cannot hit supports, where as Stark can.

Toshiro for sure, 25% attack decrease is golden in both PVP and PVE.
I personally don't understand why people like Urahara so much. Silencing sounds like a small upgraded version from yoruichi or aizen with their stun and fury deduction.

Shin Shura does nothing. It isn't until you get Nozarashi that he becomes relevant to this conversation. Oh no, don't attack me with a 300% attack to just my VG, while I am destroying your team with Toshiro or Stark. Even at Nozarashi, which is forever away, you have YEARS before you get max mod on him. 1+1 = 2.

But, since your reading comprehension is so strong, perhaps you could form a actual sentence with a realistic thought on the subject.
