What should I get, VG Toshiro or Shini Urahara?

shini.urahara - waste , when compared to tavern aizen in terms of modifiers/fragment requirement/usability
tavern aizen is more than enough for pvp(deducts 50 fury so support can't skill attack), high chance of stunning espadas(for those wanting to showoff their espada defeats instead of completing the previous espada stars to all of their partners).. shini.urarhara does not the same but the same result ie support not doing their skill attack, impossible to modify tier unless spend 5$ per day in accelerate modifier event. [exception when support has 150 fury, to hell with those ppl]

vg toshiro, another waste. go for starrk, stable vg cos of 50% hp recovery (better than ichigo in the stable dept, starrk can be used for gw, seretei etc) . don't go buying a hyorinmaru for toshiro and then dump toshiro and stick hyorinmaru up thy bottoms for good.

swp kenny(upgraded or not upgraded) is best for ryoka  for that 50+x wave where u need a vg.

i dunno what is the "shini.urahara wipes the team" shit about, maybe he wipes their shit off.

PS- don't fall for the "he can defeat espada" shit. go to the next espada slowly slowly, finish one, get your partners to compelte its spirit map completely with the bonus, after that you will be strong enuf to defeat the next one. espada defeat shit is only for showoffs.(this doesn't include those who worked hard to defeat espadas, yes you can showoff and i like reading such posts)

yeah aizen is a free and effective tavern alternative to shini uruhara, but you limit him strictly to pvp by saying that, when he's a capable partner for pve events ryoka/es 170% growth rate with fury regen, I don't think it's uncommon for people to use jushiro, so theres nothing wrong with shini uruhara.
with the added fact lv110 is far away for many players, and yoruichi isn't that great

I dont know the current fight there, but i can imagine, that´s only important, that the vanguard survives somehow, so the assaulters could clear the rest.
Or is starts atk rate that much better than 10th skill ?

When you evaluate characters, you need to keep absolute endgame in mind. With that being said, Shini Urahara is miles ahead of Tavern Aizen. A T1 Fury Shini Urahara will keep your opponents supports at bay as long as he is alive, and generally a turn or 2 after he dies as well. He also pairs extremely well with a offensive vanguard because it forces generally lower break def characters to auto attack your pumped up Stark/Toshiro/Whatever. As for modifying, it is far easier to Modify Urahara then it is to modify any SWP character ( not that you even can now anyway ). You will get a fully moded Shini Urahara literally years before Ken/Aizen.

SWP Kenny being the best in ONE situation is not exactly great.
