I have that some problem, in my server i have rank 3 and i do dont have reward. In my server US 28 first pleace get title Absolute Zero. How this is [possible ?

I can't even open my EU server let alone receive rewards. All i got is black screen. Seems to me it got lots worse than before the maintenance. When i read the forum, it is not just me having the problem. All players of EU server have the same problems

My 3rd place TITLE reward? - NOWERE TO BE FOUND.
My Coupons Wasted on this? - NOWERE TO BE FOUND. (Those 150 coupons that administration gives as "SORRY" is a joke)
Silver from Evil Spirit? - NOWERE TO BE FOUND. (3mil silver.... really? .... whatever...)
Help from administration? - .... Take a guess! (Doing a maintenance on the last day of the event... GREAT IDEA!)
(Ignore 50 vitality)

P.s.
Now when i login on UE server i get black screen... GREAT!
Let me guess.. another maintenance?

so right now, the game developers are not doing anything about the Ultimate BP events.
No titles are given, no stones are given.
They are not replying to the mails and have not given us any news about how it is going to be fixed.
Be it whether you're a free or a paid player i'm sure all of you all want some answers on how this issue is going to be fixed.
Honestly, i feel that this game has scammed all the EU servers' players and honestly this is really unprofessional and unethical.

I think is really weird in their part. I dont know that much about laws but I think there is something about how people spent money on something and didnt get things that they were promised. It just feels so wrong in so many levels. Plus most hate would cool down (not nearly all) if they would talk to us someway...
