In my country This is called a SCAM.
I was about 11 rank before my crystals vanished into thin air, and got into 20+ rank by the end of the event.
and i didnt recieved any reward from that rank.
support? im still waiting for a answer for something that i sent 1 week ago.

because off this bugs in every events the EU serwers will be dead soon(on EU S8 in ryoka less than 20 players ) why we have now more than 50 or mayby more serwers if only 20 actives players is in server. if they dont repairing bugs serwers will be shooting down early. Its only my opinion but i dont think if they dont fix it fast or do something with that players will stoped play

its sad to see such a nice game go down the drain bcoz of their lack of support for the customers...

well i understan they do hav their problems... but problems must b solved...

i know their r doin the best they can... n i hope it will be all fix soonest possible....

everyday delay will cost them n thus losing more n more players...

n some players will be spreadin complaints n ratings on the games which will surely affect the game devs...

i ve seen game company fall bcoz of this... bcoz they do not take care of their customers...
