now i ll give u my opionion
sajin is a must until 100 best bet for free players 2nd person to get
shinji is for the high vips u can make him a beast tank but i dnt reccomend him much i suggest sanji
kensi dnt get him unless u hve renji which u should ve got at 50 but i still dnt recommend him if u dnt have renji but if u r using kira and lvl 70 get him
yoru is a must the support stun is important she will be a great asset to u r team the first person to get and the fury reduction is nice too
harribel is a nice charcter to get after u get yoru and sanji

If u could get haribel to stun the assaulters before they do thier fury then they are done for. For my server most people use the attack assaulters
strtategy.

i voted for sajin and yoruichi
sajin is a must as he is very tanky and like a wall, although if you have a zanpakuto like hyorinmaru  that doesn't reduce vanguard damage i'd go with shinji because of the aoe with crit talent and block rate
yoruichi is needed some dungeons and such

tier is a good member (upgraded momo), is situational, but it's cooler to have someone most others aren't using
kensei is like a kind of upgraded renji (skill doesn't matter) but base stats are better (not worth for 1000 gold souls)

Sajin and Yourichi by far as it seems you only get 2 70s at most befor you can recruit from 80s and everyone i know has gotten those 2 and moved on to try to get ikkaku from 80

at 80s u just need ikkau of vip 0 to 6 bykuya if vip 6 to 10

nah 80 is matter of who you rateher use the 3 common people from 80 are hat and clogs(cant ever remember his real name lol) ikkaku who is good for pvp and pve especially if you have someone who boost fury and bykuya can be super good in pvp and pve if pair well with a main with hit all ability
