You have sado so the automatic choice is komamura first, you can use same spirit stones on hi, try to check the strategic section a thread called partner recruitment till lvl110, it explains more,

Since you have momo, haribel is the upgrade of momo but i advise to take on yoru 2nd, she's only useful with high spirit agility stones.

The very fact that there is such a clear cut preferences of the characters based on performance shows that the devs screwed up. Each character should be equally desirable.

Also, they really screwed up when making Komamura. Since they had a size limitation they decided to leave his body large but make his head tiny to fit within the size limitations and my god does it look heinous.

They should have taken some pride in their work and decided that if they couldn't do Komamura well right now then they shouldn't release him yet. Then they should have made Haribel the level 70 Vanguard (which makes more sense anyways) and found a new level 70 support (and Haribel doesn't make any sense as a support).

Sajin as you are not going to need to replace him for a long time. Yoruichi would be my second pick for the stuns .

Frankely what i advise all new members is to go for the advises given by azrial in the strat section tavern partner, ofc everyone is free to follow what he said or not, but after playing this game for month azrial is right,

lvl70 artner sajin and yoru are a must maybe haribel but keep in mind that momo can still do the job if you need to stun assaulters occasionnaly, and the best on this field is gin ishimaru lvl100 tavern he's just the ultimate assaulter stunner, there is basically no other supp stunner for now

Lvl80 ikkaku and urahara they are both usefull for a long periode very long time, urahara at lvl100 will become the absolute fury starter for those who can afford the cheapest set to trigger fury 1st round, ikkaku will help you a lot in pve for silver purposes but also in pvp.

lvl90 definitly unohana the last healer; and zaraki for pve your dmg will shoot up but he's not the oonly one now thks to swp and csb; your call

lvl100 gin ishimaru definitly and stark if you can't afford shin zaraki

To sum up: with these partners you'll have all the weapons to counter every strategy ahead, strong vg fury dedecer and self regenerate (ikkaku) fury buffer assault and supp stunner,
