they are as good just not as useful

Sajin is the tankiest vanguard you can get for a looooong time. You'll be using him till atleast 110.

Yoruichi is almost a must have, if not for PvP, for doing Espada 3 3rd part. She's to valuable to not have over those other 2.

Sayin and Yourouichi the best choice. Sayin can be usefull for the next 40 lvl's than he is a mayby better choice for 1st 70 recruit
