Well, as i see it, manual rules will always be broken, since workarounds can be found. But that's imo.

I don't and won't feel offended by anything written on this forum, it's just all talk. Sometimes people are frustrated and that's the most observed scenario.

But since it's a poll now, let the guys decide.

Change the not swear rule and everything will be ok. To say "bad" words is a common thing, just apply the Banhammer when that word is used being used to hurt.

permanently ban someone who is abusive to another person, there should be no tolerance towards that.

spamming should come with a warning, then a final warning, then a ban

Look theres always going to be those people that argue with you just because this is the internet. The rules are somewhat fine but being so strict on themand publicly giving them warnings instead of pms to warn them to not to do it again also aint cool.

You gotta look as being a mod as if you were in a leadership role.
You need to lead the people And not be Some North Korean Dictator.

I used to be admin across multiple forums and games and im only 22. I Have also Prior Knowledge in how to lead teams in real life as being a manager at the local restaurant for 5 years where i had to look after groups of people some older then me some younger and event currently now in my current job i train people to do what i do from people all different ages.

Look my point is that instead of saying yo theses are the rules don't argue with them and dont question them because we know what we are doing kind of thing you should be open to the new ideas of changing rules and i think this thread is the next step towards that. You want these forums to be a fun place then listen to us so we dont just get controlled by these rules.

Some Harmless banter is not even close to swearing and putting others down.

Look i know you are trying to do whats right and i respect you mods for it but maybe there's another way to achieve these goals that we all want.

So here are some of my suggestions
* Put and Appeal application if they do get banned so they can at least apply for a unfair ban and make sure your unbias against it. ( If you dont like the person thats no excuse to keep them banned)
* Maybe make a sub thread wheres its like 18 + so you can use swear words if you see fit but not in a term to hurt one another
* You need more mods to have a unbias opinion because 2 active mods makes both of your opinions the only thing that matters ( Better to have a range of ideas and problem solving then just 2 minds working together)
* Don't Easily get mad over things like people not following rules cause lets face it as i said before this is the internet and there will always be trolls and we just need thick skin to deal with them all.
* Just take a step back and look at the bigger picture ( We all want to call these forums our second home so we can come here day by day and make new relationships and help this game thrive via these relationships that we make)  - Lets make that  reality instead of a dream in the future.
