Best Soul Skills to Max Out First?

i have 9 and 10th skill at lvl 25 and my pve and pvp team are lil badass's i have a lil 300 streak in arena right now with my pve team and i'd lvl up 9th cause its gets you more silver stones and souls from events go 9th skill yay!!!!!!

lol thanks ;) I've got my 10th at lv 29 now so almost there, geez it takes so many skill scrolls lol.

I don't pve much because I'm usually asleep during the events, only evil spirit is doable for me - so is 9th skill useful for pvp as well? or is the combo rate one better?

Damn they don't work together?
Most people would then choose 8th for pve right? I have Isshin though so it's unnecessary.

I would like to pick up senbon eventually. Might have to rethink my direction

yes 9th is best for pve for me sbut others use 8th if they have good combo rate partners so 9th would be better

O I'm in South Africa, so I'm about 7 hours ahead of the game's time. So midnight is 7am here, which means all events in the early hours. I've thought of switching to the EU servers before, just so I can do ryoka....i really get a bad case of fomo when it comes to ryoka on the US server lol
