There is no other souls skill that I use besides the 10th and 9th so when I get them maxed out I am just for selling my skill scrolls.

If you have berserk renji, you max out 8th skill first, i did this and i'm the highest 2nd lvl within 50 servers around me by a LARGE margin.I'm currently Lv148, the highest lvl within my ToT/CSB realm is 158 reincarted once, and third is 129 not yet reincarnated
