Do you have multiple accounts with different servers? Did you go to the wrong server? Are you on EU instead of US or vice versa? If all of these aren't the issue then... lol sry dood tht sux. Good luck talking to support about the issue, here's my experience with support so far:

If u're in the correct server but all things seem gone

I can guess u have the wrong acc. Maybe you didnt know u used the wrong acc?
Maybe u're in EU instead of US
or u're in the wrong server and u forgot which one it was u're in

Those are only 3 things know that happened when people use the correct acc but wrong server
If these all things arent solved, somebody might have sold everything or hacked or wrong acc.

well you being hacked is very unlikely

Wait a minute u asked how it's the wrong server but that sounds like u really are in the correct server. And it was really ur character. And everything seem gone? well now i think i know what happened. Someone might have hacked ur and sold everything. If not then it's a bug i think. Did u let someone play ur game?

i only sent the p/w to my other account character in the same server. which i stopped using. because i was using a different pc for that so i needd to remember my p/w
