well nimaya + hiki + tenjiro with tensa is damn speed lol if it goes tenjiro > hiki >shini kensei ...
Tenjiro is only a 7% speed boost ( you almost certainly have Muramasa ). It is only a 5% boost if you have Tensa. As long as Hikifune is first, it doesn't matter how fast the rest are. They could all have 1 speed and it works just as well :-P.
Nimaya's dot only effects VG's. It is super strong ( almost 3x as strong as Bankai Rukia's health reduction ). He doesn't do much to anyone else though. He reduces fury, but since Kirio is already going to do that, it isn't that big of a deal.
I don't think you want Nimaya AND Tenjiro, at the end of the day they basically fill the same function in a team. You are just trading Tenjiro's 2nd target for Nimaya's huge VG damage.
So the question is, which one do you run with Kirio? I think both work well. I think Nimaya is better for PvP ultimately ( with Tenjiro still being really good at PvP ) and Tenjiro is better at PvE by a mile ( Health reduction doesn't work on Ryoka/ES ).
Tenjiro is probably better with the Kirio invuln stacking team ( Using Shinigami Yoruichi, for example and ensuring the dot ticks even if stuff goes wrong ). Nimaiya is probably better for a traditional team. 5 Mil Health VG takes 4 million damage from his DoT. lol
There is also the Metagame that ends up switching to NO VG with Kirio. That would significantly reduce Nimaya's value. Really depends on what you are facing I suppose.
