There are so many problems with that setup.

1: Tenjiro's dot will be 50% less powerful without Kirio's skill.
2: If Tenjiro hits the VG ( 40% chance ), its basically wasted as Nimaya will kill it anyway.
3: Shini Kensei doesn't fit into that group at all. You want 3x Assaulter with Combo chance and even if you had guaranteed silence/disarm, it doesn't do what you want. You have already reduced fury twice, stunned one or two things, dotted multiple things, etc.

Nimaya team:

Kirio -> Enemies -> SWP Aizen -> Nimaya -> Main -> Pretty much anything.

That debuffs fury twice, Nimaya kills the VG, SWP Aizen voids Assaulter and Silences Supports, Main and 5th partner cleans up.

Tenjiro Team:

Kirio -> Enemies -> Berserk Renji -> Shinigami Yoruichi -> Main -> Tenjiro

Kirio buffs. Renji buffs and kills. Shini Yoruichi and main with double buffs clears stuff out. Tenjiro's dots will almost always land ONLY on VG and 2nd beefiest character if it survived, and since Shini Yoruichi is invuln for 2 more turns you are guaranteed to get the full effect.

TBH I don't really expect characters with 500% growth unless it's some super OP Ichigo/yhwach end of the manga partner or Noza on steroids because Uno still holds the title of having the highest growth so far it seems like only growth rates go up and we get more effects.

That also doesn't seem like it is a good idea.

When Kirio's Invincibility is down ( so that Kensei can die ), you are opening yourself up to attack all effects that could wipe your team ( especially with no VG ).

So, if they have a attacker capable of killing Kensei, you probably will lose more then just Kensei in that attack, and now you are left versus a capable damage dealer and a limited team. While they will be invincible for 2 rounds, I am not sure I would want to run Kensei just for that reason.

Why not just run Mugetsu? Give your Kirio/Nimaya/Tenjiro combo rate and end the fight before you have need for kensei's invincibility.
