and yeah i was definetaly picking him as PVE partner but they made him so weak .... even though he is the strongest ...

yeah i got kinda dissapointed tbh, was definitely expecting a assaulter to replace isshin but NOPE not yet :/

ichibei imo is the strongest followed by nimaiya, but they made  the 2 strongest into the 2 weakest lol... as if they have future plans for them xD

1. increase attack by 8%
2. increase attack by 10%
3. increase speed by 20%
4. every 15% HP lose, increase attack by 10%
5. immune to silence
6. increase rate by all own allies' by 10% (idk)
7. ignore the effect of (void?) same as tenjiro

mod 2 /increase attack by 10% ( really WTH?)

MOD 3 / INCREASE SPEED BY 20%

MOD 4/ WHEN HE LOSES 15% HP INCREASE ATTACK BY 10%

MOD 5/ IMMUNE TO SILENCE

MOD6/DECREASE ENEMIES SPEED  BY 10%

MOD 7 / IGNORES VOID ( NOT COMPLETELY SURE IT IS VOID

but why the heck ignore void on a support? not a single partner can void supports...

IGNORE IS NOT IMMUNE IT MEANS EVEN IN VOID ( WHEN SKILL DOESN'T LAND DAMAGE ) IT DAMAGES THE TARGET

YEAH GUESS THAT'S RIGHT xd HE MIGHT BE WORTH GETTING FOR HIS 6TH MOD BUT NOTHING ELSE AND I AM NOT GETTING HIM EVEN I LOVE NIMAYA , LET'S HOPE SENJUMARU CAN BE AN ASSAULTER PVE ORIENTED PARTNER... IF NO I WILL STACK WITH YHWACH AND KIRINJI LOL

Hmm... as far as people translated it, oetsu got 80% dmg debuff (or so) on enemy VG and a +10% speed boost to all allies, those are quite some reasons to consider him to be with hikifune....
