Skill: attack 2 enemies randomly, 200% growth rate,  certain chances to burn for 2 rounds, growth rate 100%  and confuse(chaos i think) for 1 round, increase own support 20% speed for 2 rounds

muramasa would be better since he increases more supp speed and have 5% more rei bonus than zangetsu

DoT damage is based entirely on your attack. % Modifiers from mods/bonds/zans/buffs do nothing for dot damage.

This is very good for PvP as DoT's ignore all defense, but for PvE Events they already don't have any defense. So, while it says 200%+200% basically, it isn't the same as say, Kenpachi Unohana who does a true 400% and gets all the modifiers. It isn't even as good as say CSB Kenny with 350%.
