(NOT 100% SURE)
Talent: increase agi and wis by certain percentage, naturally has 10% speed.
Skill: attack 2 enemies randomly, 200% growth rate,  certain chances to burn for 2 rounds, growth rate 100%  and confuse(chaos i think) for 1 round, increase own support 20% speed for 2 rounds

Mods
1. increase Speed by 10%
2. increase Attack by 12%
3. immune to silence
4. increase speed by 12%
5. immune to sealing fury
6. reduces enemy ghostblade attack by 20%
7. ignore the effect of (?)
bonds:
1. 1%-30% HP - Kirio Hikifune
2. 0.58%-17.25% Hit Rate - Yamamoto
3. 0.45%-13.50% Damage Rate - Bankai Rukia

expected more agility growth rate from kirinji well kirio is much faster ... disappointment
